DMCA Notice Requirements:

Response to DMCA Notices:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Kristen Archive will promptly investigate the alleged infringement and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include specific information outlined in the DMCA.
